Julie Xing, Ph.D. has been appointed as Chair and board member of Mundipharma China, effective July 11th, 2022. In this role, Julie will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer for the region and the General Manager of China to provide strategic leadership for Mundipharma China.
Julie joins Mundipharma China with more than 20 years of experience in medtech, pharmaceuticals, biotech, diagnosis and other areas within the healthcare industry. Julie’s most recent leadership role was with Envista Holdings Corp., one of the leading dental solution companies in the world. At Envista, Julie served as the President of Greater China, global Senior VP and a global executive committee member. Julie brings a significant track record from several other leading healthcare companies, including Eli Lilly & Company and Affymetrix (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) and Illumina.
Alongside strong commercial operational experience, Julie also brings board experience. She serves on the board of one of the largest global manufacturers of confectionery, pet food and other food products.
Julie holds a Doctorate in Biology from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She was also a post-doctoral fellow at both Harvard University and Stanford University Medical School.
